Mom is resting for a moment from her aggressive physical therapy with our own therapist Steve. Bike riding, leg lifts, leg swoops and such. Her muscles are slowly gaining strength and coordination. She gets tired quickly so we rest and then continue until she needs more rest.
We will return to work on her arm therapy in a few minutes.
I wanted to share pictures of our surprise visit from baby Olive this morning.
How can you have a bad day well this is the first thing you see.

  1. Good morning Albuquerque!!!
Pinky, you are the belle of the cosmic ball as usual! Heard that Max had his Fat Tuesday party recently and was telling the story of how we set-up camp there last year and where that experience led us.
Pinched a nerve in my back recently so have had even more compassion for you as I deal with pain and sleeplessness.
Great to see you being the Fairy Grandmother again!
Gene, it was good to see you, Pal!
    Holly, It's spelled "massage."
    Love you all! Bill

  2. Hi Pinky. I just found out about your accident and injuries. Your spirit of determination is far stronger than anything that happened to you. I miss you around the neighborhood. You need to come home soon because the garage sales will be starting. There are still many treasures to be found!
    Love, Carol (Veizer)

  3. Hi Pinky - Pat Ellson here. Yes, the garage sales, that is how we met, at my home. You have missed a few since then... I met Laurie Roggerio last week at Sickles and she told me what had happened. Are you able to rig up something to paint on? We have had two "Artists Days" at both Sickles and Dearborn that were beautiful days in a beautiful setting and moderate attendance with few sales. But it is nice to be around friends to chat and commiserate, while acknowledging our inability to stop creating. There are going to be a lot of full cupboards in the near future. Pat Ellson
